3 large red peppers
5 pieces of red curly pink

Chilli spice (puree)
7 cloves of red onion, fried
4 cloves of garlic, fried
3 pieces of red chilli, fried
3 pieces of rawite, fried
1 tomato, cut into pieces and then fried
½ tsp paste, fried
¾ tsp salt
¾ tsp sugar
1 teaspoon lime juice

How to make
1. Urap: mix steamed coconut with spices urab and then stir until blended.
2. After mixed then mix the steamed coconut with vegetables urab stir until blended, then add the fried onion and stir back until evenly.
3. Chicken pelalah: smooth puree for chicken, after finely then coat the chicken with spices mixed with fine salt, sugar, bay leaves and lemon grass. Let stand for 30 minutes.
4. After that chicken oven for 50 minutes with temperature 180 ° c / until cooked. Chill. Coarse chickens.
